- Our prefered couriers are DPD & Royal Mail. All deliveries are next
working day (Monday to Friday) before 19:00 - subject to stock availability . Saturday deliveries are available at an additional cost - please contact us for more details.
- Ordering times. Our order cut off is 13:00 for same day dispatch.
You can expect delivery the following day before 18:00
- If you order is placed after 13:00 your order will be dispatched the following working day. If you require the item urgently please call our us and we will do our best to accomodate this if possible.
- Orders placed after our order cutoff of 13:00 on a Friday will be despatched
the next available working day (Monday) and arrive with you on the day after (Tuesday).
- Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched
on the next available working day (Monday and arrive with you on the day after (Tuesday).
- If you have a prefered delivery day,
enter this in the comments section of the order form.
- Next Day Deliveries are to UK Mainland Only.
- If you purchase several items, the shopping basket will
total each individual items delivery charge but we may be
able to reduce this charge - will contact you if this is
the case.
- Deliveries to Channel Islands , Isle of Man , Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands & Islands will carry a surcharge of £10.00 per box. These regions are a 2 day service
- Our standard company procedure is to delivery goods to the Credit / Debit Card address only - if however this is not suitable please contact us.
- Delivery charges. To find out what the delivery charges
are, simply "buy" the item you need. At the top right
of your screen, press the drop down button and you will
see the charge. Any item can easily deleted by pressing
the "go to check out" option. Some items included delivery
charges and are cleary stated.
- Please note that our couriers will try to deliver as arranged but we will not be held responsible for any costs incurred because of none delivery or factors caused by others. This service is based upon best endeavour and is not guaranteed.
